The Baeri Baïka™ Tsar Impérial™ caviar is briny, complex and rich, with colour varying from dark grey to black. It has a very pure flavour, with a briny and mineral dominance bringing a sensation of coolness. The first impression is generous and quickly gives way to a harmony of fruit and seafood. The Tsar Impérial™ Petrossian caviars are selected for their complexity of flavour and persistence, in order to satisfy even the most demanding of caviar lovers. It comes from Baeri sturgeon that's been farmed in France, amongst other places.
