Amaze your guests with a festive recipe: roast potatoes, enhanced by a rich, thick and fresh cream, delicately enhanced by Daurenki® caviar, renowned for its large golden eggs.

Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
- Place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until they are golden and tender. Remove the roast potatoes from the oven and leave to cool.
- On each half-roasted potato, place a small spoonful of fresh cream and a spoonful of Daurenki® caviar.
- Serve immediately!
