Smoked herring in a fragrant marinade
Marinated smoked herring are fished in the North-East Atlantic Ocean. They are salted before being smoked with beech wood and then marinated in a mixture of rapeseed oil, spices, vegetables and herbs. You can enjoy them as an aperitif or in a salad.
