These mini blinis blinchikis are hand-made. They should be enjoyed warm (three minutes in a warm oven or in the toaster). They're the perfect vessel for all sorts of delicacies and spreads: caviar, tzatziki, olive tapenade, ktipiti, tarama, smoked fish, fish roe, foie gras.
