Persian blue salt with black truffle is made with 5% Tuber melanosporum. It is a very pure and unrefined salt of Iranian origin presented in a reusable stainless steel grinder. Its characteristic black truffle flavours will enhance salads, grilled meats, smoked fish or boiled eggs with a finely salted truffle touch.

blue salt for health
I live in Iran and I have had blood pressure problems for many years and I could never consume salt, but I am very happy since I got acquainted with Iranian blue salt and saw that I can consume blue salt and my blood pressure does not rise.
