Caviar should be enjoyed simply, using a spoon (preferably made from mother-of-pearl). Some prefer it on blinis or Croustissian, served with crème fraîche, to balance the flavours perfectly.

Tasting caviar is synonymous with creativity. Our caviars pair perfectly with any ingredient or recipe, for example, on veal tartare, a soft-boiled egg or a bed of spring leeks.
