The Caucasian-style Khabarovski® smoked trout comes from a unique Petrossian recipe, giving it melting and incomparable flavours. This Scottish origin trout is hot smoked over beech wood for several hours with a mixture of spices and herbs before being matured.
Presented in the form of steaks, the Caucasian-style Khabarovski® smoked trout can be eaten with Croustissian® and a horseradish sauce or accompanied by seasonal vegetables.
