The French caviar
Caviar de Paris comes from Acipenser baeri sturgeon, bred in France, then carefully selected and expertly matured in Petrossian's Paris caviar lab.
In homage to the very first caviars, it boasts deep black grains and offers a melt-in-the-mouth yet powerful taste experience, revealing clean notes of iodine and minerality on the palate.
With this innovation, Petrossian honours the city that welcomed it and saw the birth of its first boutique in 1920 on rue de la Tour-Maubourg.
