The Champagne Barons de Rothschild Rosé is made from a blend of 94% Chardonnay from grand and premier cru vineyards and 6% Pinot Noir. It has a pale pink color and fine effervescence. On the palate, it stands out with a fresh attack, notes of citrus and red fruits, and a mineral finish, offering a beautiful length in the mouth.
This Champagne is ideal for the aperitif, paired with smoked fish, taramas, and poutargue.
