Hot Smoked "Barbecue" Salmon is a tender, whole salmon, slowly cooked and smoked through using the Texan barbecue technique. It is seasoned with a blend of flavorful spices and then smoked at low temperature to infuse the flesh. Presented whole and pre-sliced into steaks, ready to be served and enjoyed, this salmon is ideal for about six people. It is best savored with friends or family, accompanied by sautéed potatoes, grilled vegetables, or a fresh seasonal salad. It can also be flaked and mixed with homemade mayonnaise or cream cheese to fill sandwiches.
