Lettuce and tarama with lobster bites

Prepare light, fresh and flavorful canapés by combining Petrossian lobster tarama with crisp and firm sucrine leaves.

 

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients for 8 bites

 

Method

  1. Gently separate each sucrine leaf.
  2. Fill each leaf with a generous spoonful of tarama with lobster.
  3. Garnish with fresh herbs and/or flower petals.
  4. Serve immediately!
