Pomegranate detox cocktail

This summer, why not make a non-alcoholic cocktail infused with hibiscus and pomegranate juice, known for its antioxidant properties? To make this drink even more delicious and refreshing, combine the pomegranate juice with a hibiscus infusion, lime and honey. To be enjoyed without moderation!


Preparation time: 15 minutes – Resting time: 30 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people

 

Method

  1. Boil some water in a kettle and then let the hibiscus infusion "Aunt Lisa" infuse for 10 minutes.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes (or prepare the infusion the night before).
  3. Juice the limes.
  4. Pour the tea infusion, pomegranate juice, lime juice and honey all together and stir well.
  5. Adjust the amounts if needed.
  6. Serve in prosecco or wine glasses with a few ice cubes.
