Roast potatoes, fresh cream, and Daurenki® caviar

Amaze your guests with a festive recipe: roast potatoes, enhanced by a rich, thick and fresh cream, delicately enhanced by Daurenki® caviar, renowned for its large golden eggs.

Preparation: 15 minutes - Cooking: 20 minutes

Ingredients for 12 bites

 

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
  3. Place them on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes until they are golden and tender. Remove the roast potatoes from the oven and leave to cool.
  5. On each half-roasted potato, place a small spoonful of fresh cream and a spoonful of Daurenki® caviar.
  6. Serve immediately!
