Radishes with tarama

Brighten up your appetisers or picnics by pairing radishes with Petrossian tarama. This quick and easy recipe can be adapted to your taste with the vegetables and tarama of your choice. You can substitute radishes with carrots, cucumber, cauliflower, beetroot, celery... Let your imagination run wild!

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients for about 30 pieces:

  • 1 bunch of round radishes
  • 2 to 3 jars of tarama of your choice
  • Fresh herbs of your choice (parsley, cilantro, dill, edible flowers)

Déroulé

  1. Wash and dry the radishes.
  2. Cut each radish in half lengthwise, keeping the stems intact.
  3. On each radish half, add a small spoonful of tarama (use different coloured tarama for a more aesthetic effect) and top with a fresh herb leaf of your choice.
  4. Arrange on a plate alternating colours and serve immediately.
